When the passion for innovation is combined with respect for tradition, Conde Valdemar is born, producing wines that showcase the virtues of this land: the land of the Rioja.
Combining the ability to look to the future with keeping our history alive, to create, among others, the first barrel fermented white in Spain, Conde Valdemar Finca Alto Cantabria, or the first barrel-aged varietal Garnacha.
True to our most traditional and timeless line. Wines that persist in time, that blend the clear and clean fruit with a balanced power and structure, while underscoring the freshness and subtlety characteristic of this area.
Our Reservas and Grandes Reservas deserve special mention for their delicacy, elegancy, power and marvellous ageing capacity.
This wine displays an attractive and intense red ruby color, clean and bright. Intense and complex aromas of concentrated black fruit. Hints of coffee, black licorice, truffle and balsamic notes of eucalyptus.
Elegant, smooth, tasty, with a strong personality and a very long aftertaste.
This wine matches perfectly with red meat, stews and roasted food. Particularly suited for charcuterie and cured cheese.
