Combining the ability to look to the future with keeping our history alive, to create, among others, the first barrel fermented white in Spain, Conde Valdemar Finca Alto Cantabria, or the first barrel-aged varietal Garnacha.

TASTING NOTES
This wine displays an attractive and intense red ruby color, clean and bright. Intense and complex aromas of concentrated black fruit. Hints of coffee, black licorice, truffle and balsamic notes of eucalyptus.
Elegant, smooth, tasty, with a strong personality and a very long aftertaste.

FOOD PAIRING
This wine matches perfectly with red meat, stews and roasted food. Particularly suited for charcuterie and cured cheese.

AGEING
30 months in French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels.
