100% Chardonnay
Bourgogne, France
Created in 1212 by Cistercian monks, the Abbaye du Petit Quincy is a welcoming place in marvelous surroundings. This Domaine found its winemaking vocation once again with the arrival of the Gruhier family in 1990. Since then, the wines have evolved under the influence of Dominique to become renowned amongst both professionals and amateurs alike as being emblematic of Burgundy (Coup de coeur Guide Hachette, Guide Gault et Millau, Revue des Vins de France, and won medals in Paris, Mâcon, etc...).
Grapes from the Chablis area, where the soil with a large amount of clay gives silkiness to the wines. It is a white wine balanced between freshness and softness, with a bouquet of fruity and mineral aromas.
Aged for 10 months in older oak barrels (10%) and stainless steel (90%).
Certified Organic.
