From vines averaging 35 years of age. Higher-toned and more exotic on the nose than the Forêts, offering aromas of pineapple and lichee. Then nicely concentrated and tactile on the palate, with bright yellow fruit flavors complicated by a salty element. Finishes dusty and firm. Unoaked.
