Bright ruby red. An elegant nose with strong fruity scents of crunchy red berries. A medium-bodied wine with a balanced fresh, fragrant and tangy saline flavor.
The grapes are destemmed and pressed, then the marc is macerated for two days and subsequently fermented at a controlled temperature in steel tanks, after which it is fermented again in an autoclave.
Unoaked. 8% ABV.
