An initial, gentle whiff of green apple on this wine's nose is joined by riper notions of yellow fruit. On the palate the apple freshness is supported by some residual carbon dioxide and its subtle spritz. The fruit becomes rounder, showing notions of Mirabelle edged with lemony brightness and freshness. It's a beautifully proportioned, refined and elegant dry Riesling.
