Enoteca Bisson was born in 1978 when Pierluigi Lugano fell in love with the wines of the Ligurian coastline. He began as a trader in small lots of bulk wine, later became a wine merchant and finally a grower in his own right. He now splits his time between his busy wine shop in Chiavari, the wine cellar and his vineyards and is now considered one of Liguria’s most accomplished producers. “U Pastine" in the Ligurian dialect means, essentially, a gift that is specially crafted for someone as a special present. Bianchetta Genovese is a very rare grape grown in the area south of Genoa. It is usually just part of a field blend with other grapes), but Bisson was the first to vinify it on its own.

Zippy yet surprisingly full, the wine is super-clean and filled with notes of citrus, minerality, and salinity.
