The Chateau Saint-Roch is located in the heart of Roussillon, South of France, close to the Spanish border. 

This is a wine whose flaxen color tinged with green highlight leads to aromas of lime zest and flavors of ripe pear. A medium-bodied white with great precision. Pair with shellfish, sushi, poultry or vegetarian cuisine. 5 mos in French oak and 5 months in concrete.
