Chevalier du Grand Robert Flamant Dry Rosé is born from grapes that thrive on chalky-clay soils. These grapes benefit from the Mediterranean climate and Atlantic influences.

The grapes are harvested during the early autumn days of September. Fermentation occurs in stainless
steel containers.

Intense pink in color, this well-balanced rosé from southern France expresses notes of raspberry and strawberry on the nose and palate. A wine that is round and fruity with excellent acidity. A charming, piquant Rosé sipper. 

Pairs perfectly with Mediterranean cuisine such as salads, eggplant gratin, mussels in cream sauce or barbecued meat. Serve quite cool, between 50°F and 53°F
