Saignée method of bleeding liquid from the tank during vinification of the eventual red wine. Here, the rosé is a darker-than-average crimson color, with aromas of tea leaves and bruised cranberry fruit. Crisp acidity and medium-plus tannin offer hints of dark red berry, with a lingering finish that lasts for 30+ seconds. Unoaked. Organic. 13% ABV.
