This wine is a blend of the three Pinot Noir vineyards, Gregory Ranch, Vista Grande and Temperance Hill. Hand harvested and destemmed immediately upon arrival to the winery. Fermentation was spontaneous, lasting from 21-23 days. The wine was fermented in separate lots and aged in neutral French barrels for 10 months prior to blending. A further 6 months of aging in bottle prior to release allows for an approachable young wine.
Cherry, raspberry with blood orange and tea on the nose, supple tannins add structure that is balanced with striking acidity.
