100% Pinot Noir
Alsace, France
Medium-to-full-bodied with with plenty of red cherry & raspberry, hint of wood shavings, incredibly clean and comported.
Jerome Mader is a winemaker on the rise. His parents began working with their parcels in 1981, and since 2005 Jerome has been increasing the quality of the wines through meticulous farming, having converted the estate to organic farming in 2007. The family owns 9.6 hectares in four communes: Hunawihr, Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr and Kientzheim, and these holdings include village, lieu-dits, and grand cru parcels. We are thrilled to import these wines, as they provide a true representation of the heights that great Alsatian wines can reach.
