Forchir was founded in 1904, and the Bianchini family has been making wine for four generations.

Fine, light spring pink made from 100% Pinot Grigio. In the color of light rose quartz, in the fragrance aromas of apricots, strawberries with hints of dry herbs. Fruity and full-bodied on the palate, with strawberry aromas and a subtle note of almonds.

Cellaring Potential: 1-3yrs
Food Matching: Pairs well with hors d’oeuvres first-course dishes, seafood and white meats, like veal, and chicken.
Vinification: Soft pressing with a about an 12 hour maceration of the skins and juice with fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C in stainless-steel vats. Unoaked.
