Sauvignon Blanc is a grape variety that thrives in slightly warm and cooler areas, so our Watson vineyard in American Canyon and Windy Flats vineyard in Wooden Valley are ideal locations to grow this variety. The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc offers aromas of white peach, grapefruit, and hints of cilantro. The palate is bright and refreshing with gooseberry and pineapple flavors that finish with grapefruit peel and a lovely balanced acidity.
