In the beginning of the 1960s, Giuseppe Rivetti, nicknamed ‘Pin’, and his wife, Lidia, were both expert and dedicated farmers with enormous appreciation and knowledge for tradition while keeping a curious interest in the future.

Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation with natural yeasts. Aging of about 3 months in steel tanks on
its lees

Bouquet: hints of citrus, almond and wildflowers
Taste: fresh and firm, with aromas of thyme and marjoram. The finish is long and
mineral
