FINING/ FILTRATION: The wine is allowed to settle naturally by gravity and is only minimally fined or filtered.

TASTING NOTES: Lightly effervescent with cherry flavors, floral notes and a crisp palate. Elegant, delicious and fresh. A perfect backyard wine - pair with salads, seafood or enjoy as an aperitif.
