All Little Trouble wines are crafted with minimal intervention. We work with organic and sustainable vineyards, farmed by proud land stewards.
All wines are unfined and unfiltered, utilizing only native yeasts and never blocking secondary fermentation. Wines are fermented and aged in entirely neutral vessels to preserve the flavor profiles inherent to each vineyard site.
From one of our favorite sites in California, this wine is a perfect example of the forever beloved yet ever elusive “summer red”. Grist Vineyard is known for bright acidity and savory spice, both of which are apparent in this juice box of a carbonic Zin.
The Grist Zin was fermented 100% whole cluster carbonic for eight days, before being foot tread (trodden? treaded?) by our dear friend Cath Graf. If you’ve seen this girl’s quads you’d understand why she was chosen for the job. Fermentation quickly finished, and the wine was pressed into a mix of stainless steel and neutral oak. We recommend pairing with a unicorn pool floaty and a bag of BBQ crinkle cut chippies.
Serve with a chill.
