All Little Trouble wines are crafted with minimal intervention. We work with organic and sustainable vineyards, farmed by proud land stewards.
All wines are unfined and unfiltered, utilizing only native yeasts and never blocking secondary fermentation. Wines are fermented and aged in entirely neutral vessels to preserve the flavor profiles inherent to each vineyard site.
When we say this wine is a magical unicorn, we mean MAGICAL. A blend of 13 different varieties (Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Trousseau, Mencia, Pinot Noir, Gamay, Albariño, Alvarinho, Pinot Meunier, Vermentino, Picpoul, Greco di Tufo, Verdejo) from Alder Springs Vineyard, it takes you on a kodachrome roller coaster ride.
Reds were direct pressed, while the whites were divided into direct press and 6 days of skin contact. We blended this white/orange/rosé smorgasbord, lightly aged in stainless steel and neutral oak, to create something altogether poundable. She’s all things stone fruit and citrus with a briney backbone destined for beachfront enjoyment.
