Farming: Organic/Biodynamic, Unfined/Unfiltered

Notes of white cherries, melon, and quince are present. With a lush mouthfeel this wine is perfect with fish, chicken and light fare but has the body to back up steak tacos, chipotle sauces, and spicier Indian food. This is a delicious and versatile wine, not just a summer sipper.

The skins from the grapes stay in contact with the juice for 48 hrs which in turn adds both color and flavor to this wine. With a slight pinkish hue this wine signals its not like other Pinot Gris.

Organic. Biodynamic. Unoaked, in clay amphora. A "natural" wine.
