Azienda Agricola Salamon Francesco was founded in 1968 by the family of the same name. At the time the major crops were com, wheat, soy, and a local grape variety called Raboso. Over time, the Veneto region and Salamon Francesco have transitioned to growing more Glera and Pinot Bianca. They also produce Pinot Nero and Pinot Grigio. They practice conventional farming with an awareness of sustainability.
