The Etna Bianco is born from the skillful vinification of the white grape vines Carricante, cultivated in volcanic soils with a high vocation and arranged in terraces at an altitude of 650 meters above sea level, in the northern slope of the volcano. Straw yellow colored wine with light green shadow that offers mineral notes with menthol scents typical of high wines, green apple with primary aromas characteristic of the variety.

A rising star in the Etna region, Tornatore is becoming one of the region's biggest and most respected wineries. Their vineyards are located at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level on the north side of this active volcano.

This Etna Bianco is made with the indigenous grape Carricante aged in concrete vats. The wine offers pleasant hints of grapefruit, white peach and herbs on the nose. The palate has a lovely texture and freshness complemented by an extraordinary minerality.

The grapes harvested manually in small boxes are quickly taken to the cellar and are subjected to a selection tape manual. Destemmed and lightly pressed, they arrive in the press where they are softly pressed.

The must obtained is cold clarified and placed to ferment at a temperature of 15/16°C.
After fermentation, the wine obtained rests on the fine lees for about three months.

REFINEMENT
From 4 to 6 months in steel and concrete tanks.

Pale straw yellow with intense reflections greenish to the eye; pleasant hints of green apple, grapefruit, white peach and herb aromatic, mark the nose of this wine the which shows its true identity on the palate with a very pleasant sapidity and freshness completed by an extraordinary minerality; exclusive notes that invite you to a second glass.

It is perfect with young and medium-aged cheeses, poultry and fish.
