Located in the heart of the Cariñena Denomination of Origin , one of the historic and emerging areas of national viticulture, Bodegas Añadas was born as an exclusive, advanced and committed business project.

The winery and the production of our wines were conceived as a comprehensive and innovative project in which each and every one of the component elements are carefully contrasted. From the selection of the vineyard, in which only and exclusively the quality of the grapes prevails, to the infrastructure of the different production, control and aging areas.

Our business project responds to a criterion of fusion between the tradition of one of the most deeply-rooted wine regions in Spain and respect for the vine and orientation towards new lifestyles.

The Care Blanco Sobre Lias is a Mediterranean white Grenache blend, which displays fresh white blossom, apricots and exotic fruits. On the palate, the French Chardonnay influence makes this wine mouth filling and well balanced, perfect for a glass and some tapas, or just alone. When resting both grape varietals with its lees, the wine gets an awesome body and rich finish. It is a wine with a young but mature Face.

Bright pale yellow color with green tones that denote its youth. On the nose, fresh, clean and intense aromas, especially fruity ones (green apple, pineapple and citrus fruits). On the palate the wine is very fruity with a balanced acidity, it is intense, crisp and refreshing. Pairs well with mushroom risotto, shellfish and white fish.
