The family cottage is surrounded by 5 hectares of vineyards; There oldest vines which go into their still wines: "Vò Vecchio" (merlot) and "Biancone" (tocai), are more than 70 years old. The younger plants, 10/20 years, provide the grapes for the remaining range wines.

Certified organic. This wine is made from 100% Glera grapes from 15-75 year old vines grown in calcerous marl soils immediately to the west of the Colli Euganei. Charmat method secondary fermentation, 60 day elevage before bottling. Vintage dated prosecco made in roughly 3,000 bottle batches.

Ripe pear, honeysuckle, some texture, not aggressively dry. A precise, amiable wine that is bound to change your day for the better.
