Peneca Rebula is a medium bodied quality sparkling wine. The characteristic bouquet is reminiscent of green apple, citrus and cider enriched with a pleasant bread crust aroma. The sparkling wine has a fresh, crispy taste and pleasant mouth feel. The gently sparkling wine, with its fine perlage and creamy mouth feel, this wine is ideal for festive occasions or as aperitif. It will accompany fresh cheeses and fresh water fish like trout. It pairs perfectly with fresh buffalo mozzarella with virgin olive oil and red peppercorn.
