A cool summer followed by a dry, sunny autumn gave us another outstanding Riesling harvest. Similar to the 2020 vintage, we are again blessed with an elegant and tight structured Spätlese of high energy and precision.

Classic Granny Smith apple, lime and mandarin peal aromas with some delicate orange blossom florals. The palate is delightfully direct, intensely fruit-driven with a sweetness that is perfectly balanced by the wine’s acidity and firm structure and finishes with a cleansing, mouth-drying taste sensation.
