The aromatic range is a subtle blend of black fruits, spices, tobacco and empyreumatic characters. After a few years of aging in bottles (ideally between 3 and 8 years), they will go wonderfully with the most delicate meats and cheeses. It is advisable to uncork the bottles a few hours before serving at room temperature. Aged 18 months. Organic. Biodynamic.
