Deep, young garnet. Plum, cranberry and redcurrant aromas on the nose with floral presence. Beautiful uplifting fruit on the palate. Restrained power, supple tannins and lingering aromatics.
The bunches of cabernet aren't destemmed and are vinified at medium temperature as rapidly as possible using only natural yeasts. The grenache and carignan are vinified separately and are destemmed to avoid any harshness of tannins. Once combined, ageing takes place in cuve and bottle. Organic.
