Grapes are hand-harvested, sorted, and de-stemmed before vatting. Traditional vinification with gentle extraction of the fruit. The wine matures 50% in tank and 50% in barrel for one year before bottling. Fined, not filtered. Dark, powerful ruby robe. Fine, elegant, and open aromatics of small red fruits and cream. Fresh and full of fruit on the palate, with volume, vibrant acidity, and lots of energy. A great wine for the table and can be drunk in its youth with a wide range of pairings. Organic and Biodynamic.
