Light ruby. Blackberry with dark cherry and spice. It is fresh, dark cherries, fine tannins and soft finish with a well integrated acidity. It will pair well with roast chicken and grill. Biodynamic and Organic.

Spontaneous fermentation, ten days long maceration, aging in large wooden barrels. No malolactic fermentation. Evolucio Blaufrankisch is organically grown and certified in Austria although it is not mentioned on the label, the producer also uses biodynamic methods in the vineyard and in the cellar.
