Handpicked grapes. Gentle pressing of the grapes. Fermentation between 64°F and 72°F. Ageing in traditional big old oak casks in order to reveal the specificities of its terroir. A gold and bright color. Aromas of litchi and candied tropical fruits combined with a fresh rose water notes. The palate is fruitful (exotic fruits especially litchi and mango), a round body and long lasting finish.
