Inky ruby. Fresh dark berries, candied flowers and cracked pepper on the nose, along with a mineral nuance that adds vivacity. Sweet and broad on the palate, offering juicy boysenberry and cherry compote flavors that tighten up slowly with aeration. Shows good finishing clarity, subtle tannins and a strong echo of sweet blue fruit.
Semi carbonic maceration for up to 7 days. Aging in vats on the lees. All terroirs vinified and aged separately. Practicing Organic. Unoaked.
