Family Olivier has been in the wine business for decades. Originally from the Bordeaux region, the family decided to extend its range of products by buying vineyards to elaborate quality sparkling wines.
When François Olivier, the owner of the family business passed away, his wife decided to focus on the sparkling wines only, as it washer favorite. She changed the brand and launched it under the name Veuve Olivier.
Pale yellow and elegant color with fine bubbles. A fruity and elegant sparkling wine, with aromas of fresh butter and cake. Fresh and harmonious sparkling wine.
Machine harvest. The basic wine is fermented at a low temperature. The second fermentation takes place at 14°C for 2 weeks, followed by dosing. Soil is chalk.
